Rams Interested in Trading For Nick Foles?

For the second time since January, Eagle quarterback Nick Foles is rumored to be offered in a trade. The latest Bleeding Green Nation has three teams listed as being interested in Foles, among the three is the St. Louis Rams.

Foles makes sense as competition for the oft-injured Sam Bradford, who is in the last year of his rookie contract. Foles, a pocket passer, had great success in 2013 and tailed off a bit in 2014. Files is likely expendable as the Eagles seem intent on keeping Mark Sanchez and are rumored to be interesting a a quarterback in the first round of the upcoming NFL draft.

Head Coach Chip Kelly's system asks for mobility from the quarterback spot and someone like a Marcus Mariotta makes sense (if they can trade up) or Brett Hundley (if they cannot).
